Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Guests must be 21+ only.  ID is verified at the door.  No exceptions.

Is there a dress code?
This is a black-tie optional event.  We ask that you dress accordingly with black-tie optional attire.

Do I need to bring cash to the event?
ALL fundraising activities can be paid by cash, check, credit card or PayPal.  It is completely your choice how you wish to pay.

What is included with each Guest Ticket?

How many tickets are available?
There is a strict limit of 175 guests for this exclusive evening.  Tickets are sold first come, first served and can not be held.

Are tickets available at the door?
No.  We have a limited amount of tickets available and they sell out quickly.

Is a vegetarian meal available?
Yes.  However, you need to state that you are requesting a vegetarian meal upon registration/purchasing of your event ticket(s).

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Complimentary valet parking is included with every guest ticket.  If you do not have a designated driver and are enjoying the plentiful drinks during the evening, you may leave your car parked in Killen’s parking lot overnight and retrieve your car the next day.  We are happy to get an UBER or LYFT ride home for you. 

Is there security at the event?
Yes.  Uniformed, armed police officers will be at the event to ensure everyone has a safe and fun evening.

What’s the refund policy?
Because this is a charity fundraising event and have a very limited amount of tickets available and several fees associated with our tickets being purchased online (and even more fees associated with refunding), we are unable to refund any orders/tickets that are purchased. However, we are happy to transfer your purchased tickets to someone who can attend the event.  Simply email us at info@pearlandpets.com to transfer your tickets to someone else.
