Donate Items for Auction, Raffles, Prizes & for Gift Bags
We are asking for your support in these ways:
- Donate an item or gift card that may be used as an auction item, raffle or prize at our event
- Donate promotional items, samples, coupons, small gift cards, etc. that we may include in our gift bags
We will be making a total of 250 gift bags. If you do not have 250 of one item, mix/match is completely okay. If you are unable to donate 250 items, any amount that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
Pearland Pets is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization recognized through the Internal Revenue Service and is operated solely by volunteers. Contributions to our organization are tax-deductible. EIN 46-4135573.
Deadline for gift bag items is May 19, 2017.
Deadline for auction items is May 26, 2017.
A volunteer of Pearland Pets is very happy to come pick up your item(s). Please just let us know when it will be ready for pick up and when is most convenient for you!
- Your business name and/or logo (or your name if item is being donated by an individual) will be printed on your item’s auction/raffle/prize sign stating you provided that item.
- Your business name (or your name if item is being donated by an individual) will be listed in a special “Thank You” section in our Event Program.
- Your business name (or your name if item is being donated by an individual), website link and the item you donated listed on our website for our community to see.
We ask that you provide a small stack of business cards or brochures for us to place next to your auction, raffle or prize item for guests to take.
